1. General Terms

  • Customers must be at least 18 years old to book a yacht rental.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • By making a booking, you agree to comply with our rules and safety guidelines.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

  • A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable before departure.
  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or other accepted methods.
  • Additional services requested (e.g., catering, water sports) will incur extra charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All bookings are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
  • In case of cancellations due to bad weather or operational issues, customers may reschedule their trip.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be eligible for rescheduling.

4. Safety & Conduct Guidelines

  • Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew.
  • The yacht operator reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated or unruly guests.
  • The use of illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.
  • Life jackets and safety gear must be worn as instructed.

5. Weather Conditions & Rescheduling

  • Yacht trips are subject to weather conditions. If deemed unsafe, the trip may be rescheduled.
  • Customers will be informed of any weather-related changes as early as possible.

6. Yacht Usage, Liability & Insurance

  • Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the yacht due to negligence.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  • We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies, except in cases of proven negligence by our crew.
  • Customers assume all risks associated with water-based activities and agree that the company will not be held responsible for unforeseen liabilities.
  • Insurance is not included. Customers are advised to arrange their own travel and accident insurance.

7. What’s Included & Excluded

  • Included: Yacht rental, crew, fuel, and basic refreshments.
  • Not Included: Catering, water activities, or any special requests (these must be booked separately).

8. Special Events & Customization

  • Yachts can be booked for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, and more.
  • Event customization requests must be made in advance and may incur additional charges.

9. Changes & Modifications

  • Any modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may involve extra charges.
  • We reserve the right to assign a different yacht due to operational reasons.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to Goa’s legal jurisdiction.
